Η αρχική μου σκέψη ήταν πως θα μπορούσε να φανεί χρήσιμο αν έδινα μερικές εξηγήσεις για την ιστορία για την οποία μιλάει το βίντεο αυτό. Βρέθηκα στην Ελβετία ξανά, αυτή τη φορά για τη βάφτιση της μικρής Grace. Δεν ήταν ωστόσο η πρώτη μου επαφή με τους γονείς, τον Καρμέλο και την Χριστίνα, μιας που το 2013 βρεθήκαμε στο ίδιο μέρος για το βίντεο του γάμου τους. Έτσι αυτή την φορά ήταν ευκολότερο για μένα να συζητήσω μαζί τους μια ιδέα για ένα διαφορετικό βίντεο, ένα που δεν περιστρέφεται γύρω από την βάφτιση αυτή καθ’ αυτή αλλά μιλά κυρίως για όλα εκείνα τα γεγονότα που οδήγησαν στην τέλεση της βάπτισης, αφήνοντας κάποια από αυτά σκόπιμα ανοιχτά σε υποκειμενική ερμηνεία.
At the beginning I thought it would be useful to do some explanation about the story behind this video. I found myself in Switzerland again, this time for the christening of little Grace. It was not the first contact with the parents, Carmelo and Christina though, since at 2013, we filmed their wedding at the very same place. So it was easier this time for me to discuss the idea about a different video, which does not revolve around the christening that much, but speaks mostly of those things that led to the event, leaving some of them deliberately open to everyone’s interpretation.
